Project Manager

Location: Morocco.             Starting Date: As soon as possible

Due to expected growth SGE is now seeking a Project Manager (m/f) to be based on Morocco. this is an exciting opportunity for someone that would like to support the further development of our Project Management and have an immediate impact within a fast-growing company.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, communicate, and coordinate project activities and resources;
  • Monitor project budgets;
  • Ensure the achievement of defined project goals;
  • Report project status to management;
  • Work in close cooperation with the project’s steering committee and other stakeholders;
  • Support the continuous improvement of the internal project management;
  • Accountable that relevant quality standards for the projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of the projects;
  • Accountable to define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management.

Candidate Specification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager
  • Strong project and process management skills with target orientation
  • Able to manage multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Vocational degree in a job-relevant field
  • Fluent in English & French;
  • Excellent MS office knowledge.
