Due to expected growth SGE is now seeking a Project Manager (m/f) to be based on Morocco. this is an exciting opportunity for someone that would like to support the further development of our Project Management and have an immediate impact within a fast-growing company.
Main responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, communicate, and coordinate project activities and resources;
- Monitor project budgets;
- Ensure the achievement of defined project goals;
- Report project status to management;
- Work in close cooperation with the project’s steering committee and other stakeholders;
- Support the continuous improvement of the internal project management;
- Accountable that relevant quality standards for the projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of the projects;
- Accountable to define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management.
Candidate Specification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Strong project and process management skills with target orientation
- Able to manage multi-disciplinary project teams
- Vocational degree in a job-relevant field
- Fluent in English & French;
- Excellent MS office knowledge.
